We have a small shop at our warehouse where you can order online and collect at or shop in store. Our hours are 9.30 am - 4pm weekdays, excluding public holidays.
An email will be sent once your order has been packed and is ready for collection in store. Please note during sale period click and collect services will be delayed .

There may be a delay of up to 14 days during our sale periods and new release.
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in the email. If you haven't received tracking it will be sent once your order is fulfilled within our shipping turn around as above.
International parcels are shipped with DHL express service and are shipped world wide within 3-5 working days and can be tracked via the link you receive in your email.
