As the Easter long weekend commences, it's time to hit pause and head away for some much needed relaxation time.
Our latest photoshoot was shot at The Estate Trentham in Trentham Victoria, around a 20 minute drive from Daylesford. As soon as we stepped on to the wrapping verandah and through the front door open, we were in love.
The Estate in Trentham instantly transports you into a world of well and beautifully curated furniture, linens, cosy sofas and a kitchen that houses vintage crockery, wooden utensils and chopping boards. The place has an instant calming effect and one that you cannot help but relax in.
With a wooden fire place and a claw foot bath, this place has all the ingredients for the perfect place to visit on a weekend escape.
The two bedroom home is surrounded by a gorgeous garden and veggie patch. Vines that fill the pergola, fresh herbs, vegetables and luscious blooms.
In the town of Trentham, there are beautiful old worldly stores, coffee shops and our favourite sourdough bakery to visit. It really is the perfect place to wind down and enjoy the company of loved ones, or even yourself.
With morning farmers markets filled with little gems, and galleries oozing inspiration, we highly recommend Trentham as your next weekend destination and strongly suggest staying at The Estate Trentham.
