Christmas really is my favourite time of the year.Not only is it a time where we take some much needed time out, it is also the time of the year when we celebrate and enjoy with family and friends.
Memories are a big part of Christmas and as a kid it really was the most exciting event of the year. I remember every Christmas Eve being so excited at our house in country N.S.W. Christmas Eve was all about the placing of a pillowcase at the end of the bed and ensuring that there were enough cookies and milk for the much anticipated Santa visit. There really was no greater joy than receiving your first doll or first special toy, one that you knew would be treasured for many years to come.
