Christmas is an exciting time of the year but for some Christmas can be a really hard time. This year we have teamed up with Geelong Mums Organisation to help those in need. Geelong mums is a local organisation who recycle nursery equipment as well as clothes and other baby essentials. 

We’ve created a 12 Days of Giving campaign to assist us in donations. Simply ‘adopt’ and purchase the special Miann & Co friend we've put on sale for the day, and one dollar from every sale will go towards Geelong Mums Organisation. They will be using the money to purchase material goods including nappies, wipes, clothing, etc. 

As a mother and parent, I want nothing more then to give the very best to our little ones, and I know that this thought rings true for mothers everywhere. As we enter into the giving season and celebrate Christmas, we thought this was a great opportunity to give back to the mothers and families in need this season and also talk about our chosen Charity, Geelong Mums. Geelong Mums mission is to share the joy of motherhood, in partnership with support agencies by recycling baby essentials. Geelong Mums does not receive any state or federal government funding, so it is up to us to lend a hand where we can.

Our campaign starts on the first of December and everyday we will have a new friend (toy), up for adoption to go to a loving home. Every sale from our keepsake friends, which have been lovingly and ethical made by a group of artisans in Asia, will see a donation go to the Geelong Mums Organisation.
